Lavonda Taylor is a Master Cosmetologist with 7 years of professional experience, and more importantly, a dedicated mother of 7 and grandmother with over 14 years of childcare experience. In addition, Lavonda has 13 years of healthcare experience, giving her unique insight into child safety, health, and well-being. The journey into childcare began with family care, expanding into Culturally Growing Child Enrichment Center LLC, and now Love Sprouts Early Learning. Lavonda’s mission is to create a supportive environment where children receive not only care but also enrichment that prepares them for school and life.
